To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• In the same condition you received them
• Returned with any original packaging, if applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, limited drops, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wrong Size

If you ordered the wrong size, we may be able to offer an exchange depending on inventory availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the mistake was on our end, we will make it right.

Refunds
